Returns & Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Return & Exchange Frequency Policy

To ensure a fair shopping experience for all customers, we have introduced the following policy regarding repeat returns:

First Return or Exchange (Per Customer Account): Completely free. No shipping charges apply for either forward or return shipment.

Second Return or Exchange Onwards: A fee of ₹250 will be charged for forward shipment and ₹300 for return shipment. These charges will be deducted from any applicable store credit or refund, or collected prior to processing the exchange. This applies to all subsequent returns or exchanges made under the same customer account, phone number, or registered email address.

We reserve the right to flag and decline return requests from accounts that show a pattern of repeated returns or misuse of our returns policy.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email confirming receipt of the item, along with the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders: Please note that refunds for COD orders are not issued to bank accounts. A store credit will be provided within 1–2 working days from the date of return pickup, sent to your registered email address or contact number.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account once more.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund appears.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded under any circumstances.


Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please email us at customercare@legwork.in or raise a return request at https://www.legwork.in/apps/ezy/returns.


Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.


Shipping

To initiate a return, please raise a return request at https://www.legwork.in/apps/ezy/returns.

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs unless it is their first return, in which case shipping is free as outlined above. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the applicable cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Delivery timelines for exchanged products may vary depending on your location. For shipments above a certain value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.
