Legwork accepts unworn, undamaged goods purchased within the last 30 days. Exchanges ship out instantly before receiving the old pair back.

You can ultimately try another pair if necessary.
Legwork offers easy returns and instant exchanges to ensure you get the perfect shoe.
- Use your email address OR order number and shipping zip code to initiate a return or exchange.
- Exchanges are instant! Exchange orders will ship out once we process your old return back at our warehouse.
- Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days upon Legwork’s receipt of your package. They will be credited to the card used in your initial purchase. (Please note that card refunds may take up to 4 business days for your bank to complete.)
- Legwork stores also accept online returns/exchanges.
- Legwork collaboration shoes can be exchanged for another size or credit, but are non-refundable.
For all orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, standard shipping may take an additional two weeks.
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to return or exchange an international order (Hawaii, US Territories, and Alaska included). Return and/or exchange shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.
Legwork was created as a brand committed to obliterating boundaries. In this spirit, it’s important to us that our international customers experience less of them. Our checkout will automatically include duties and taxes for all international orders so there is no more surprise delivery fees and unnecessary delays.
